At GRALAN ENTERPRISES, INC., safety is our NUMBER 1 priority. We pride ourselves with high performance standards. Safety is an ongoing process that everyone strives to make better each day from the field workers to the Safety crew to the office staff. This is a way of life for Gralan inside and outside of the office.

Gralan has proven itself as a safe work environment for the past 10 years. Our Safety crew prides themselves on making sure our workers are safe from the moment they arrive onsite to the moment they leave.

GRALAN takes additional steps to prevent incidents including:

• Safety Orientations for all new employees
• Drug Screening before employment as well as random drug testing
• Formal & On the job employee training to ensure competency
• Weekly toolbox meetings
• Daily Job Hazard Analysis and Pre-Task Meetings
• OSHA Classes
• Certified Equipment Operator Classes
• Employee training on such topics as hazard communication, fall protection, material handling and personal protective equipment.
• Equipment-specific training for earth-moving and material handling equipment and aerial platforms.
